The leaks that cost the most are usually the ones you can't see.
Leaks inside walls, under slabs and in underground pipes can run for months before anyone notices, quietly adding to your water bill and damaging the building.
We test the system, narrow down where the water is going, and open up only what we need to. Once it's repaired, we test again so you know it's fixed.

Inside and out, including the toilet cistern stop taps if you can.

Take a photo of the numbers, or watch the small dial.

Wait 30 minutes
Don't use any water in the meantime.

Will you have to cut into walls?
Only as much as needed. We narrow the leak down first so the access hole is in the right spot.
Can you help with leaks in apartments?
Yes. We've done strata maintenance for over eight years and can report back to your strata manager.
Is a leak covered by insurance?
Policies vary. We provide photos and a written report you can send to your insurer.
